Fresh, succulent stonefruit with a citrus backbone.

Often typified by warm tropical fruit and a touch of oak. Aromas of ripe citrus, nectarine and passionfruit drive this style.

Both Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier have very distinctive aroma profiles. Sauvignon Blanc is extremely expressive of its environment and can show vibrant tropical flavors of passionfruit and gooseberry, right through to freshly-cut grass and more refined mineral characteristics.

Viognier is slightly more predictable and tends towards apricot and stonefruit aromas, backed by its signature oily texture. As a blend, Sauvignon Blanc provides much of the wine's acid, keeping it fresh and racy, while Viognier rounds out the body and offers added textural depth.
